Strength & conditioning, solo or team
Real programming. Real logging. Real progress.
Build your own training or run a whole roster. Write the plan once, log sets in seconds, and see exactly who trained and what they lifted on one app, built for the weight room.
On iOS. Free plan forever, no card required — or open the demo, no signup.

Built for one lifter or a whole roster
Pick the mode that matches how you train. Switch to Team the moment you start coaching others.
Program your own training
Build unlimited blocks, run your own progressions, and log every set. No roster required.
Start free →Coach a full roster
Unlimited athletes and coaches on one roster, with team-wide visibility into who trained and what they lifted.
Start free →Everything the weight room needs
One system for writing the plan, publishing prescriptions, and proving who executed without turning coaches into IT support.
Today’s prescription, on the phone
Athletes see the day’s session (exercises, sets, reps, target intensity) without digging through PDFs or old texts.
Compliance you can coach off
See who trained and who didn’t, without the group chat archaeology.
Programming that scales
Write blocks once, assign to a roster, and push updates so the whole room stays on the same progression.
Gym-floor logging
Weight and reps in a few taps. Built for chalk and short rest, not spreadsheets.
Progressive overload, automated
Hit the standard and the next session reflects it: simple rules keep loads moving when athletes earn them.
Rhythm for the whole room
Reminders and attendance signals keep the team on schedule without micromanaging individuals.

For athletes
Show up. Execute. Let the app remember the numbers.
Your job is to execute the prescription, not to hunt programming in the group chat. TrainToday keeps today’s session in your pocket, surfaces last week’s loads for progressive overload, and stays out of the way between sets.
- Today’s work first. No endless library scrolling.
- Logging tuned for real gyms: chalk, noise, and short rest
- Progress you can feel: loads move when you earn them

For coaches
One program. Every athlete. Proof it ran.
Stop remixing the same block across DMs and printed sheets. Publish programming once, see who completed work, and adjust loads with real numbers from developmental phases to peaking weeks.
- Roster-based visibility: training data for your athletes only
- Program distribution that scales from small groups to full teams
- Reminders and attendance signals without micromanaging individuals
Built for how strength coaches actually work
Clear headlines, no riddles. Here’s what the product is trying to solve.
Programming lives in one place
Blocks, week-to-week prescriptions, and roster assignments stay tied together. Athletes open the app for today’s work, not a screenshot from three weeks ago.
Log fast, see real progressive overload
Seconds per set to log load and reps. Coaches get completion and numbers they can use to adjust volume, intensity, and the next progression.
From hypertrophy blocks to in-season work
Same workflow whether you’re running a strength emphasis, a hypertrophy phase, or lighter in-season maintenance. Built for high school development through elite rooms.
How it works
From publishing a block to the last set of the week: same flow, any phase of the year.
Coach publishes programming
Load your block or template, attach it to the roster, and set the standard once. Everyone pulls the same prescription.
Athletes execute and log
Same session on every phone. Fast logging keeps rest periods honest and gives you data for progressive overload.
Adjust with real numbers
Attendance and loads surface without chasing texts. Tweak volume, intensity, or the next progression from what actually happened.
Built to replace the patchwork
If this sounds familiar, you’re the person we built TrainToday for.
- PDFs in the group chat
- “Did anyone screenshot day 12?”
- Spreadsheets nobody updates
- Chasing attendance after the fact
- Same programming on every phone
- Set logging in seconds (loads, reps, completion)
- Progressive overload and attendance in one place
- Coaches see the whole room, not just the loud few

FAQ
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo (the Pro plan) is for programming your own training: unlimited blocks and progressions for one lifter. Team unlocks a full roster: unlimited athletes and coaches, shared programming, and team-wide visibility into attendance and numbers. Start Free, then upgrade to whichever fits how you train. See the pricing section above for details.
What does it cost?
The Free plan (1 coach, up to 5 athletes, 1 program) is free forever. Pro (Solo) is $9/mo or $79/yr for unlimited programs on your own training. Team is $99/mo or $999/yr for unlimited athletes, coaches, and programs on one roster. Schools managing multiple teams can contact us at hello@traintodayapp.com for School pricing.
What sports and team sizes is it built for?
Any sport that runs structured strength blocks. football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, track, and more. It scales from a small group of athletes up to full varsity rosters. The same workflow applies whether you’re a high school strength coach with one session per day or a collegiate staff running sport-specific blocks year-round.
How do athletes join a team?
Your coach shares a team join code. Athletes enter it once in the app and their workouts sync to the team program.
What does logging look like in the gym?
Fast taps for sets, reps, and weight between sets so rest stays sacred. When targets are hit, progression rules support progressive overload without you doing mental math on the platform.
Is it available on Android?
TrainToday is launching first on iOS. Android support is on the roadmap. Email us at hello@traintodayapp.com to be notified when it launches.
Is this medical advice?
TrainToday is a training tool, not healthcare. Stop if you feel pain beyond normal training discomfort and consult a qualified professional when needed.
